Our processes, inspections, and technical criteria comply globally recognized standards For the protection of surfaces in industrial environments. We work under international certifications for the inspection and control of coatings, with AMPP certified personnel.
Official recognition from International Paint
(Akzo Nobel)
In 2011, through Pablo Díaz (now owner of Emacon), then International's sales representative for the region, we had the opportunity to be one of the first applicators of the 405 HT product in the area. Until then, 405 HT was only painted with Plural; however, after several tests, we managed to apply it with a simple machine. This material was used to paint the interiors of the heaters at Pluspetrol's Centenario Field.
We heated part A to a higher temperature than part B, which allowed the material to be sprayed with conventional equipment, something that had not been achieved until then.
This success prompted a visit from technical representatives in Buenos Aires, who observed the product and its performance during application. As a result, the product's technical data sheet was revised in Brazil to incorporate our recommendations, earning us recognition from International Paint, the paint's distributor.
Since then we have been certified to apply their entire industrial line of materials.
